The customer or subscriber authorizes Just Montessori to communicate by email. The customer or subscriber releases Just Montessori from any liability in relation to its submission of information in the event there has been a security issue. By communicating through the website or submitting an application you are consenting to our use of your email as a method of communication. Just Montessori logs access information such as time of usage and IP addresses from all parties that enter the domain of its proprietary software. You, the customer, subscriber or member, agree that you will be the only person that will be able to access the login system and Site, and that you will use the Services, Site and Software only for personal usage.
The documents, services and software provided by us may be used solely for personal, non-commercial, and informational purposes in accordance with our terms and conditions.
You recognize that the services, products, and any communications from Just Montessori to you, including all related information, are considered confidential and proprietary information and that any disclosure of such information is strictly prohibited. All updates, improvements, modifications, enhancements, and information related to our website is proprietary, and all rights, including copyright, are owned by us.

Access and Interference
In using the Site, you agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to impose an “unreasonable or disproportionately large load” on Just Montessori‘s infrastructure. An “unreasonable or disproportionately large load” is one that prevents other members of the web site community from gaining fair and equitable access to web-based systems and resources.
Computer Viruses
While every effort is made to ensure that all information provided on the Site does not contain computer viruses, you should take reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses and should ensure that you have a complete and current backup of the applicable items or information contained on your computer system. You should pay specific attention to some of the newer viruses that have been written to automatically execute when an infected word processing document is loaded into certain word processing programs.
Choice of Law
The laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein shall govern as to the interpretation, validity and effect of this document, notwithstanding any conflict of laws provisions of your domicile, residence or physical location. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta in any action or proceeding instituted under or related to your use of the Site.
